10 STEP SELLING PROCESS
1. Listing Consultation
Meet with the Listing Agent to sign your listing contract, consumer notice and disclosures, as well as answer any questions about our services
2. Pictures & Measurements
A team member will schedule to come out and take photographs and measurement as well as install a sign and the lockbox.
3. Marketing
Our listing manager will market your property on multiple MLS systems, multiple social media platforms and all major real estate sites
4. Showing Your Home
Agents with buyers interested in your home will schedule tours of your property. These typically are scheduled through ShowingTime and you will receive a call, text or email to confirm the request. The showing window is typically 1 hour. We recommend you accommodate every showing that you can.
5. Review Offers
When you receive one or more offers on your property, I can rank them based on your priorities and help you analyze, clarify, and compare your offers.
6. Offer Accepted
At this time, the buyer will perform any elected inspections and the appraisal on the property. We will notify you of anything, such as repairs, that would be required by you as the seller. Our transaction coordinator makes sure we are meeting all deadlines and that our I’s are dotted and our T’s are crossed.
7. Inspection
Most buyers request a home inspection as a condition of their offer. Here's what is and isn't covered in a home inspection and how we can best prepare.
8. Appraisal
You're nearly there! The next step is getting an appraisal. Let me explain why you need one and how a home appraisal impacts the sale of your home.
9. Settlement
As the seller, you can choose to attend settlement or sign off prior to closing. The buyer will perform a final walk through of the property prior to closing.
10. Celebrate
Congrats your home is SOLD!
